Policies – Nova Bounce House Rental

At Nova Bounce House Rental, we are committed to providing a fun, safe, and reliable party rental experience. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone.

Rental Policy

• All rentals are for a standard 6 hour period, unless otherwise arranged.

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

• A valid ID and signed rental agreement may be required.

Safety Policy

• Adult supervision is mandatory at all times when bounce houses or inflatables are in use.

• No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or roughhousing inside inflatables.

• Please follow all posted rules and guidelines provided at delivery.

Weather Policy

• Company does not guarantee weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental before delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have reason to believe that the equipment and/or its users may be in danger.
• We also reserve the right to pick up the equipment early should weather conditions change.
• If we pick up the equipment early, Customer will be entitled to reschedule the rental on another day within 30 days.
• Some examples of severe weather conditions are extreme temperatures, high winds, rain, snow, thunder, and/or lightning. 
• In the event of severe weather during a rental, Customer agrees that they will unplug the inflatable, allow it to deflate, and not use the equipment until severe weather ends.

Delivery & Setup Policy

• Delivery, setup, and takedown are included with all inflatable rentals.

• We require clear, flat ground (grass or pavement) and easy access to the setup area.

• Extra fees may apply for stairs, tight access, or long-distance deliveries.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event may receive a full credit toward a future date.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No refunds for cancellations due to customer negligence or lack of access.

Payment Policy

• A deposit may be required to reserve your date.

• Full payment is due upon delivery unless agreed otherwise.

• We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment options.
